Benefits for Surveyors
 Nowadays there are heavy demands on Building Surveyors', Building Engineers' and Structural Engineers' time. Traditionally, the practice is to dictate property condition reports into a cassette recorder and hand the recorder to a secretary who transcribes the dictation into a report.
