Our experienced Dragon trainer will transform your Dragon NaturallySpeaking performance and capability. You will climb the learning curve much faster and enjoy the experience. You will use power tips and methods that you may never discover in self learning. You will recoup your investment in the software far faster. The training will be tailored to your job and commonly - used applications. A comprehensive user workbook will be provided for the training. Your accuracy can be assessed during the training session and should be in excess of 96% (depending on enunciation quality).

- One full day - one to one instruction at your location or our location - using Dragon NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer and Microsoft PowerPoint
- New - we now offer 2 hours live online instruction covering the basics of using Dragon NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Word plus instuction on achieving high recognition accuracy, including editing the vocabulary and analysing typical documents to enhance accuracy (requires Dragon NaturallySpeaking to be installed on your computer. Post training technical support not included in the cost of training). An ideal, lower cost option if you have limited time but want to start making the most of Dragon NaturallySpeaking!

Post training Technical Support
Telephone technical support for an agreed period is included in the cost of one to one training. If you have questions or problems, we know you're busy and won't burden you with verbal or hard to follow written instructions. Instead, we will create easy to follow visual screenshots or screen recordings which answer your specific questions with clarity. The latter will be placed on a private, secure website which only you and no one else can view. Better still, using our interactive internet PC to PC facility, we can offer to rapidly connect our computer to your computer with no fuss and at no cost to you (and no software to download on your PC!) so that we demonstrate the answer to your question in Dragon NaturallySpeaking right on your desktop.

Experience
As well as being an accredited trainer, Peter Maddern has been a personal user of Dragon Naturally Speaking voice recognition software in a leading Multinational company for a number of years and so has direct experience of the productivity benefits that can be gained from using the software in an office environment.
He is based in the North West (in Flintshire, North Wales) and trains users across the UK. He has had over 30 years experience as a Product Development Scientist and Manager in leading Blue Chip Corporations and therefore has a personal understanding of the pressures faced by Office Professionals, most of whom nowadays usually work a great deal with computers to get their job done..
