Dragon NaturallySpeaking course outline - Prices - Part I (half day) - £250 + travel + VAT. Parts I and II (1 day) - £450 + travel + VAT (same day), £500 + travel + VAT if taken over 2 consecutive half days (preferred by most trainees)

Part I is the minimum recommended and is a half day. Part II is an additional half day which can be taken on the same day as Part I or preferably on the next day to pace the learning. The training is flexible - if you don’t want all of Part II, we can cover Part I and only the elements of Part II that you are interested in

The training is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your needs

Note - both courses come with a detailed training manual, free post - training technical support on questions arising on how to use the software (we support you via a secure remote desktop support system) and with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking course, free training refresher videos and the main commands in an easy to follow mind map format

1. Live online training in Dragon NaturallySpeaking and dragon Dictate or any of the following items - price £50/hour + VAT
2. Training in using a digital recorder with Dragon NaturallySpeaking - create dictation with a digital recorder and have your recordings transcribed by Dragon NaturallySpeaking on the PC
3. Training in MacSpeech Scribe
4. Training in Advanced Custom Commands creation - Text & Graphics, macro recorder, Step by Step and Advanced Scripting commands (must have the Professional version of Dragon Naturally Speaking)

What do I do next?

First, contact us for a “no-obligation” discussion of your needs. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll need to ask you some basic questions about your PC or Mac such as Operating System, specification, version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, which version of Microsoft Office you have, which Office programmes you work with and what you are hoping to achieve with the system etc. We’ll then agree a time that’s convenient for the training which can either be at your site or at our location. Our support to you doesn’t end after your training. If you take the minimum recommended Part I half day course, we provide 6 months support on questions on using the software. If you take Parts I and II (total of one whole day), you receive 12 months support. We have leading edge support tools such as a remote, secure desktop connection system and the ability to make a “screencast” (make a video of the software in action) to answer your specific questions. No trying to understand complicated e-mail instructions!

Half day - one to one instruction at your location or our location - using Dragon NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Word with instruction on improving accuracy

One full day - one to one instruction at your location or our location - the previous half day course plus using Dragon NaturallySpeaking with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer and Microsoft PowerPoint

We also provide training in Dragon Dictate for Intel Macs

New - we now offer live online instruction covering the basics of using Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Dictate with Microsoft Word plus instruction on achieving high recognition accuracy, including editing the vocabulary and analysing typical documents to enhance accuracy (requires Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Dictate to be installed on your computer. Post training technical support not included in the cost of training). An ideal, lower cost option if you have limited time but want to start making the most of your speech recognition software! Available for English - speaking users of Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Dictate worldwide.
