Making A Purchase
Placing an order with us is easy. Simply browse our website, select the products that you wish to buy and check out via our secure server. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo), BACS, cheques or Paypal. Credit card payments are processed securely by Paypal Website Payments Pro. Paypal payments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If paying by personal or company cheque, please allow 3-5 business days for clearance of funds before actual shipping of your order. Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us and we will be arrange for your order to be cancelled.
Shipping And Handling
Prices on our website are exclusive of postage & packaging and VAT. Upon checkout, shipping and VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate. If ordering from other EEC states, if you are VAT registered, please provide your registered VAT number and the VAT element will be refunded to you.
Delivery for in stock items is often 1 business day for orders taken before 2 p.m. However, for items not in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days from payment but not later than 30 days. The final price at checkout includse delivery and VAT unless otherwise stated. We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom (Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands) unless special arrangements have been made. If you would like any orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom, we will contact you once you have placed your order, to let you have final shipping costs and to make special arrangements. If you would like to discuss this with us before you place your order then kindly contact us. Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you to confirm delivery and estimated time of arrival Orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a designated courier. The agent will need a signature at your end. If no-one will be available during normal working hours at the delivery address, we ask that you provide an alternative address, perhaps your workplace. We will, wherever possible, advise you of any anticipated delay when you place your order, however, we cannot, accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from any delay. Delivery will be on a specified day between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. For deliveries outside these times, please contact us.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel a Contract if you feel that the product is not suitable and you may do so at any time up to 7 days after the day you receive the goods, without having to give any explanation. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen days after delivery. To cancel the Contract, you must inform us in writing by sending an email to us immediately at email@example.com, stating your order number and date of purchase. You must return the goods to us immediately in the same condition you received them at your own cost and risk and you are legally obliged to take proper care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We will arrange to refund you the cost of the goods as quickly as possible but in any event within 30 days or receiving the goods from you. Please note that any goods which have been personalised to your requirements cannot be cancelled. We will examine goods returned and provided they are in good and saleable condition, we will issue a refund as stated above. We reserve the right to reject any goods which have been damaged whilst in your possession or, alternatively, to deduct a percentage of your refund to reflect the degree of damage. This is at our sole discretion. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of dispatch or returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will only use the information we collect to fulfil your order On our order products pages, the information we collect on these pages is required to fulfil your order and includes:- Name Address Email address Phone number Credit/Debit Card Information is collected and processed securely by Paypal Website Payments Pro. If we enter and process your details using Paypal Virtual Payment terminal if you order from us over the telephone, your credit and debit card details are entered directly into the Virtual Terminal and not stored anywhere else on our system or recorded using any other method of data storage. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can request personally identifiable information that we collect online when you login to place an order to be removed (after the order is shipped) by calling us or sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
